Windhoek — The Minister of Fisheries and Marine Resources, Bernhard Esau, has applauded members of the Benguela Current Commission (BCC) for their science-based efforts to rebuild fisheries resources.
However, he is of the opinion that not all science has been productively used, as scientific jargon and terminology are often difficult to understand by the layman and policymakers alike.
