Governor of Ondo State, Olusegun Mimiko has been accredited for the election. His accreditation took place in his ward in Yaba area of Ondo State at about 11am.

His accreditation is on the heels of those of voters for Saturday's governorship election which held amid tight security.

A good turn out of voters was observed while voting materials arrived at the various polling centers on time.

However, voting will not take place in two units in Ese Odo area because voters registration did not take place.

As at the time of filing this report no reason had been given.
