All drivers will undergo a refresher course. Police say they will launch the new road safety campaign to address the high number of road accidents caused by overspeeding. Police Spokesman Eric Kiraithe says the government has completed a review of the driving curriculum and are mapping all driving licenses to enable drivers be retested on the new highway code.
