Nigeria: Rams, Foodstuffs Prices Soar in Kano, Kwara

Indications emerged Sunday that the prices of rams and foodstuffs may have risen ahead of this week's celebration of Eid-Kabir celebration (Babbar Sallah) across the country.

THISDAY investigations in Kano and Kwara revealed that the prices of rams and foodstuffs may not be unconnected with the rising security challenges in some parts of the north, occasioned by the activities of the Boko Haram sect.
