Nigeria: Kano Commits N72.5 Billion to Road Construction

The Kano State Government has, so far, spent N72.5 billion on road construction, the state's commissioner for Land and physical planning, Surveyor Muhammad Nadu Yahya, has disclosed.

He told reporters after an inspection visit to some of the road projects that they comprise of metropolitan roads and those planned for the 44 Local Government Areas of the state.
