ABOUT eight weeks are remaining before the Constitution Review Commission (CRC) ends collecting personal views, on December 20, this year on what should be in the new constitution for the united republic of Tanzania.
And yet a lot hasn't been covered or spoken out by Zanzibar people. Union matter remain number one and some time a CRC forum can end with only few or no voice on basic human rights such as health, housing and food.
