Zimbabwe: Charambas Celebrate Dhewa's Life

One of Zimbabwe's established gospel artists, Pastor Charles Charamba, says he will rally behind Peter Moyo in celebrating the life of his late father Tongai. Moyo's belated memorial gig will be held in the Harare Gardens on Sunday. Moyo, also known as Dhewa, died on October 15 last year after battling non-Hodgkins lymphoma - a type of cancer, which affects the blood.

A prolific composer who is also blessed with good voice intonation, Pastor Charamba said he would reach out to the late musician's fans by singing a number of songs that Tongai liked.
