Megatrade Investment Ltd, which produces K-Vant Gin, has contributed Shs. 10 million to support the nine-days exhibition international of Jambo Festival which started from October 20 and ends tomorrow October 28.
Speaking recently during the handing of the cheque, the Marketing Manager of Megatrade, Mr. Goodluck Kway said that the event stood a great chance of promoting art, innovation, and diversity of cultures from outside and within Tanzania.
Mr. Kway said that the exhibition also promoted Arusha City and boosted its role in both domestic and international tourism.
The Chief Executive Officer of Idea Africa, the organizers of the event, Mr. Augustine Michael Namfua expressed his gratitude to Megatrade for their support. He said that they would spend the moneyfrugally in order to ensure that the talents are well tapped so as to show the achievement of the initiative.
Mr. Namfua urged the young people to volunteer in showing their talents since that was the opportunity to learn for their fellow artists.
