An administrative court postponed on Tuesday considering appeals to release former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak on health grounds, to December 12, until more documents arrive.
Plaintiffs claim that Mubarak's deteriorating health conditions require constant medical observation and care that is not available at the prison hospital where the defendant is being kept.
They argued that the ousted president meets the conditions set by the prison law which allows the release of a prisoner if doctors can prove that his/her life is at risk.
