Kenya: Shelter for a Sage Exhibition at the Talisman

They say art is the only way to run away without leaving home. It's a way of communicating to the heart. Every artist wants to paint his or her own nature and capture emotions of art lovers. This was evident during a collaborative exhibition dubbed "Shelter for a sage" by two artists, Zihan Kassam and Tabitha Wa Thuku.

Wa Thuku is one of Kenya's top artists having been in the business for decades with her paintings showing locally and internationally. Kassam is an artist who also doubles as art correspondent with the Star.
