Nigeria: Computer Operator Jailed for Public Disturbance

A 25-year-old computer operator was yesterday sentenced by a Grade 1 Area Court sitting in Gwagwalada to five months imprisonment without fine option for alleged public disturbance.

Jamilu Ibrahim of Tudun-Wada Street in Abaji council was convicted for disturbance of public peace and mischief, which are contrary to Sections 113 and 327 of the Penal Code.
