New United Nations Envoy Tarek Mitri on Thursday (November 1st) welcomed the formation of the new Libyan cabinet, Tripoli Post reported.
Mitri wished success to the government in addressing the challenges the country is facing. Ahead of Prime Minister Ali Zidan's government is the building of security institutions, promoting national reconciliation, and upholding the rule of law.
