Dodoma — THE government has been blamed over insisting environmental conservation in urban centres while overlooking rural where massive degradation was being carried out.
Ms Rukia Kassim Ahmed (Special Seats-CUF) said environmental destruction was rampant in rural areas for all efforts to thwart the problem were directed to a "wrong path" thus rural inhabitants remained uneducated.
