THE nullification of the Zimbabwe Electricity Regulatory Authority's 31 percent electricity tariff hike gives consumers the green light to sue for over-billing, legal experts have said. The Administrative Court last Friday quashed the September 2011 tariff increase by ZERA after captains of industry challenged its legality.
ZERA is responsible for approving electricity tariffs in Zimbabwe.
