Eritrea: Segeneiti Sub-Zone - Police Endeavors Towards Attaining Higher Popular Awareness Regarding Law Bringing About Positive Outcome

Segeneiti — The office of Police Force in Segeneiti sub-zone indicated that endeavors towards attaining higher popular awareness regarding law have made positive impact. It made the statement in connection with a seminar in which around 3,000 students of Segeneiti and Mai-Seraw Secondary Schools participated.

The seminar noted the significance of popular participation in crime prevention. Capt. Mehari Tsegai, commander of the Police Force in the sub-zone, said that community magistrates in the area are playing vital role in settling legal cases. Moreover, he called on the inhabitants to extend a helping hand towards promoting the practice of safe driving.
