Angola: National Football Team Focus On Physical Work

Luanda — The national football team last Tuesday held a training session focussing on physical aspects, ahead of the friendly game with the Republic of the Congo, scheduled for November 14, in the city of Estoril, Portugal, as part of a FIFA date.

For 45 minutes, the physical trainer of the Sable Antelopes, Nestor Rossano, coached the players throughout the whole morning, a session that was held in 11 de Novembro Stadium, in Luanda.

The players of Petro de Luanda Lamá, Bastos and Miguel were absent due to the fact that Petro will play on Sunday for the final of the Angola League Cup.

Meanwhile, the national squad have also been preparing for their participation in the Africa Cup of Nations, scheduled for 19 January to 10 February next year, in South Africa.
