Gambia: Korean Leader Acknowledges President Jammeh's Message

His Excellency Lee Myung-bak, the president of the Republic of Korea has written to the Gambian leader, His Excellency Sheikh Professor Alhaji Dr Yahya Jammeh, acknowledging receipt of his message on the occasion of the 67th anniversary of the independence day of Korea.

The message reads:

On behalf of the government and people of the Republic of Korea, I wish to thank you for your warm sentiments on the commemoration of the 67th anniversary of the Independence Day of Korea. Your expression of goodwill is deeply appreciated.

Please accept my best wishes for your good health and continued prosperity.
