Egypt: Transport Minister - Govt Pays Attention to Transportation

Transport Minister Mohamed Rashad el-Matini said on Tuesday 6/11/2012 that the government pays great attention to transportation.

Egypt is keen on connecting Arab countries together by land, sea and air, el-Matini said during the opening of the 49th session of the executive office of the Arab Transport Ministers' Council. He underlined the necessity of upgrading the transport system among Arab countries.

He also highlighted the need to develop maritime, land and air transport networks to facilitate communication and the movement of goods.
