Eritrea: Inhabitants of Afambo Administrative Area Express Satisfaction With Potable Water Supply

Assab — The inhabitants of Afambo Administrative area, Central Denkalia sub-zone, voiced satisfaction with potable water supply.

Among the inhabitants, Ms. Handia Mohammed, Ms. Seida Ibrahim and Mr. Ibrahim Mohammed Igahle said that obtaining water supply used to be a burdensome daily activity in the locality, and that they are presently in a position to save time and energy following the availability of such facility in the heart of the locality. They further indicated that the facility has made positive impact on community health and socio-economic activities, and asserted that they would utilize it judiciously.

Afambo village is located some 280 Km. north-west of the port city of Assab.
