The Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), Admiral Ola Sa'ad Ibrahim has said that security issues in Africa and globally, are serious matter that should not be taken lightly by any state actors.
Ibrahim disclosed this in Abuja at the just concluded conference organised for Armed Forces command and Staff Colleges (AFCSC).
He said: "National security is too serious a business to be seen as a circus show. This is why Africans should come together to solve their problems by themselves through the teaching of security challenges in military colleges."
The CDS added that the major problems facing Africa countries are poverty, disease, corruption and war.
