Nigeria: Why We Are Criticising Jonathan - Tambuwal

House of Representatives Speaker Aminu Tambuwal has defended the National Assembly's often criticisms of some programmes and policies of the PDP-led Federal Government, saying such criticisms were meant to strengthen democracy and ensure that the programmes of the government are properly implemented.

Senate President David Mark and Tambuwal had both criticized President Goodluck Jonathan during his 2012 appropriation bill presentation to a joint session of the National Assembly.
