Luanda — The National Assembly is discussing and approving this Thursday the internal budget for 2013 at its first extraordinary session of the 3rd legislature year of 2013 in Luanda.
According to the head of the parliamentary group of MPLA, Virgílio de Fontes Pereira, his party defends a global debate of the general budget of the National Assembly for the economic year of 2013, due to the lack of constitution of standing working commissions and board commission.
Speaking to the press at the end of a preparatory meeting of the referred parliamentary group, Virgílio de Fontes Pereira considered important to prioritise the discussion of the indicative budget that the National Assembly must submit to competent bodies of the
Angolan state entitled to prepare the State Budget (OGE) in its global.
The first legislative year of the third Legislature of the National Assembly, made up of members of the ruling MPLA party and UNITA, CASA-CE, PRS and FNLA, opened on 15 October 2012.
