Angola: Governor Highlights Head of State's Efforts in Defending National Independence

Huambo — The governor of Huambo Province, Fernando Faustino Muteka, recognized Thursday in this city the way the President of the Republic, José Eduardo dos Santos, engaged himself in the defence of the country's independence, national sovereignty, integrity and indivisibility of the homeland.

This position is part of the exhortation of the governor of central Huambo Province, in the ambit of the 37th anniversary of Angola's independence, to be marked on 11 November, to be held under the motto "Together, we promote the welfare of Angola".

The governor also highlighted the Head of State's efforts in the liberation struggle of other peoples against colonialism and apartheid.

On the message is read also that the government's policies opens up a new horizon for the country.
