THE registrar of the ICC has proposed two new lawyers to represent the victims of the 2007/08 post-election violence at the trial of four Kenyans in April.
Sources told the Star that Sylvana Arbia filed her recommendations for the two positions out of a shortlist of five. The five were picked from about 40 applicants.
