Kenya: Prime Minister Meeting Was Divisive - Elders

Kikuyu Council of Elders have accused the National Cohesion and Integration Committee for not taking action on sentiments made against the Kikuyu community by some Kalenjin elders who had attended a meeting in Nakuru with Prime Minister Raila Odinga.

The elders said the meeting on October 29 at Boinet Farm in Nakuru focused on Kikuyu bashing. They were speaking yesterday during a meeting between the council's board members and the Kamukunji Kikuyu Council members.
