Angola: Speaker Wants Modern Parliamentary Administration

Luanda — The speaker of the National Assembly, Fernando da Piedade Dias dos Santos, defended on Thursday in Luanda a modern parliamentary administration this legislative, aiming for an efficiency work of MPs.

The speaker said so in the ambit of the presentation of the secretary general of the National Assembly, Pedro Agostinho de Neri, recently appointed and invested in the post, during the 1st extraordinary session of the parliament, aimed to approve its budget for 2013 term.

Fernando da Piedade also defended a continuous and specific training of cadres for the well-being of the institution and meets the challenges of the globalisation.
