Menongue — The king of Menongue jurisdiction, in south-eastern Kuando Kubango province, António Augusto Cambinda "Mwene Vunongue", expressed satisfaction at the results of the peace which is enabling the development of capital of the province.

According to the King Mwene Vunongue, the development is remarkable in Kuando Kubango and in the capital headquarters, Menongue, especially the rehabilitation of roads and bridges, which is facilitating the free flow of people and goods.

Among the gains of the eleven years of peace and 37 years of National Independence, he also mentioned the construction and rehabilitation of several schools of different levels, hospitals and health centers, recovery of the streets of Menongue and fuel pumps in suburb zones of Menongue.
