Luanda — The special envoy of the Ghana President, Kodjo Tsikata, returned home this afternoon, after a three-day official visit to Angola, under the boosting of the bilateral co-operation, Angop has learnt.
In Luanda, Kodjo Tsikata was received in an audience by the Angolan President, José Eduardo dos Santos, with whom he debated matters related to the bilateral co-operation.
The special envoy told press, at the Presidential Palace, that he was sent to Angola, taking into account the warmth relations between Angola and Ghana.
"I had the opportunity of informing the President José Eduardo dos Santos on matters on the Economic Community of West Africa States (ECOWAS), mainly the situation in Mali. These were the main points of our debate, but the main goal was the boosting of the bilateral co-operation", he said.
