Financial Services Group UAP Holdings Limited can now proceed with its planned Initial Public Offer , after the company received CMA approvals. UAP is seeking to raise 750 million shillings to support its expansion plans, and support its venture into the real estate. Plans to list the Company's shares at the NSE are expected year.
