Nigeria: Obama's Victory Well Deserved - -Kalu

Former governor of Abia State, Orji Uzor Kalu, has congratulated President Barack Obama of the United States of America on his reelection, saying it is well deserved.

Kalu, in a statement by his Special Assistant, Oyekunle Oyewumi, said Obama's victory is a testimony to his dynamic and purposeful leadership.

He said the American leader had shown faith and commitment to the yearnings and aspirations of his people, noting that Obama had fulfilled most of the promises he made to the American people four years ago, thus justifying his reelection for another term of four years.

He said Obama had promoted economic recovery, security, peace and stability in the United States and the rest of the world.

Kalu admonished Obama to remain focused in the next four years as he promised in his victory speech and ensure he leaves behind a safer world.
