Sayma Syrenius-Cephus said that the action was necessitated by the deliberate attempt by Mr. Fromayan to malign, besmear and defame Bobby Livingstone's hard earned reputation by making unfounded, baseless and damaging utterances branding Livingstone a 'paid agent' for the Congress for Democratic Change (CDC) in an interview on the Voice of America on October 31, 2011 from Accra, Ghana.
