Angola: National Team to Be Based in Johannesburg During Can2013 First Phase

Luanda — The national soccer squad will have their headquarters in Johannesburg, during the first phase of the African Nations Cup (CAN2013), happening from January 19 to February 10 in South Africa.

According to the vice president for international and marketing relations of the Angola Soccer Federation (FAF), João Lusevikueno, the Palancas Negras (Sable Antelopes) after playing with South African and Cape Verde in Durban and Port Elizabeth, will return to Johannesburg.

The national soccer squad's first game will be with Morocco, on January 19, at Soccer City Stadium, in Soweto, surroundings of Johannesburg.
