Tunisia: Second Tunisian-French Decentralised Co-Operation Meeting Opens

Monastir — "The January 14 Revolution showed the scale of bad governance and lack of transparency in the local and regional authorities' management," Interior Minister Ali Larayedh said when opening Thursday in Monastir works of the 2nd Tunisian-French Decentralised Co-operation Meeting.
