Egypt: Security Situation in Sinai More Stable - Presidency

The security situation in Sinai is more stable than before, Yasser Ali, presidential spokesman, said on Thursday.

There is an improvement in the situation "yet this does not mean there are no problems currently being solved", Ali stated.

The Ministry of Interior is exerting huge efforts to fix all security violations and logistic issues in security units and with members, Ali said in a statement reported by the Middle East News Agency (MENA).

Dialogue with the citizens of Sinai continues in order to reach stability in this part of Egypt, the spokesman added.
