Kenya: Diwali Fireworks Warning
By Maureen Waruinge, 9 November 2012
Kenyans marking the Diwali New Year celebrations this weekend have been advised to have a permit to use fireworks.
The mines department says noisy fireworks won't be allowed as they interfere with other peoples activities.
The displays should be held between 7pm and 11pm.
