9 November 2012
Tunis — The curfew declared last October 12 in the provinces of Gabès city, South Gabès, West Gabès and Ghannouch has been lifted on Friday, reads an Interior Ministry communiqué.
This curfew had been declared after the violence recorded between protesters and police following the proclamation of the preliminary results of a competitive examination for recruitment in Tunisia's chemical group in Gabès.
