Angola: Head of State Directs Reduction of House Prices of Kilamba Town

Luanda — The President of the Republic, José Eduardo dos Santos, oriented this Friday in Luanda the reduction of prices for buying houses in Kilamba town, so that this city may be dwelled as rapid as possible.

The Head of State said so during a meeting with officials from Sonangol Imobiliária e Propriedades, a real estate company in charge of the management and sale of flats of Kilamba city, under a field visit paid to that town.

On the occasion, José Eduardo dos Santos expressed his wish for the city to be dwelled as rapid as possible and overcome the burocratic matters urgently.

Initially the prices of the houses set from USD 125.000 to USD 200.000, according to the available models.
