Luanda — The Cultural Association Chá de Caxinde presented this Friday here the newspaper "O Chá" to the public.
According to the chairman of the association, Jacques dos Santos, the monthly newspaper has cultural, health, entertainment and information contents.
The newspaper is also known as "Menságeiro Angolano de Cultura" and comprises 27 pages.
