"We lost our pride of place in Port Harcourt to the host due to some circumstances beyoud our control. We have corrected that now and the sports council is ready to replace our bicycles. We won more than eight gold medals in the Kaduna Festival only to lose them in Port Harcourt. Lagos is no man's land and we have prepared well to reclaim our pride of place," he said.
