Rwanda: Nyamasheke District Commended for Its Good Work

Nyamasheke district is being commended for the step it has taken so far in the implementation of the 2012/2013 economic year performing contracts and its way of solving what is limiting these achievements by Western Province of Rwanda.

Many of the 84 performing contracts Nyamasheke district vowed to achieve in the presence of the president of the Republic H.E Paul Kagame, have been achieved and others are being worked on as Emmanuel Nyamaswa Rukundo who is in charge of implementing development programs in the districts of the Western Province of Rwanda.

Jean Baptiste Habyarimana the mayor of Nyamasheke district says the district he leads is doing very well and he is sure they will achieve all performing contracts by 100 percent.

He also said that some places need special sensitization program especially to be encouraged to participate in village settlement program and contributing for medical insurance (Mutuelle de santé) program.
