Angola: Over 20 Groups Participate in Kintueni Festival

Cabinda — A total of 24 of the 28 groups expected took part in the Kintueni provincial festival held on Friday at Buco Zau pavillion, northern Cabinda province.

The event, allusive to the National Independence Day, aims at encouraging the creativity of cultural groups, as well as the preservation and conservation of music and local traditional dances.

Twenty groups are from Cabinda district, two of Buco Zau and the same number from Belize, with highlight to Kintueni Tunga Nzola, Kintueni Índula and Manguítukulo.

Each group received a diploma at the end of competition.
