As the voting for this year's edition of the Channel O Music Video Award, holding on Saturday, November 17, in South Africa, ended last Thursday, Nigeria's Modupe Oreoluwa Oyeyemi otherwise known as Mo' Cheddah is certainly ready to go for gold again.

The songstress, who is expected to add fire to the live performances at the glamorous event is contesting with the likes of Zahara Loliwe (South Africa), Lizha James ft Perola: Leva Boy (Mozambique), Keko ft Madtraxx: Make you Dance (Kenya/Uganda) and our own Tiwa Savage: Love me x 3.

This year,a lot of African artistes who have been lined-up were urged to turn the event, brought to you by DStv, into the biggest celebration of African music. All the artistes billed to perform at the event, holding at Walter Sisulu Square in Kliptown, Soweto, have promised to make the event a historic one. It would be broadcast live on DStv Channel 320.

Some of the stars billed to perform at the event include, last Year's Best Newcomer winner, Ice Prince, who is also, one of the contenders in the Most Gifted Hip-hop Video for 'Superstar' as well as Most Gifted Ragga Dancehall Video.
