Luanda — The Minister of Urbanisation and Housing, José da Silva, explained that the President of the Republic, José Eduardo dos Santos, directed to find out mechanisms that enable people to have easy access to the houses at Kilamba city, Angop has learnt.

"What was explained and guided in a clear way is to find mechanisms that enable people to have easy access to those residences, which represents what depends on a good rental process", he said.

"Against of what has been said, the President of the Republic has not demanded the reduction of the prices of the residences in Kilamba because what we noticed is that the concern is not related to the prices, but the procedures of access of payment of the residences" said the Minister.

José da Silva also said that in comparison to other prices at the country's real state, the price of the residences at Kilamba city are lower.
