Nigeria: Okorocha Appoints Acting Head of Service

Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State has approved the appointment of Mrs. Nkechi Onumajulu as Acting Head of Service in the state. According to a statement from the Governor's Office in Owerri, she is to take over from Mr. Evans Uzokwe, who is due for retirement soon.
Onumajulu, before her appointment, was the permanent secretary in the state's Ministry of Environment. She is the wife of a former chief judge in the state.
