Kenya: Govt Told to Have National Driving School

Most of PSV drivers have never been trained and there is no system to verify the authenticity of their licenses. According to Simon Kimutai from Matatu owners association, the government should establish a national driving school and conduct a major clean up exercise in the sector in order to cancel fake licenses.
