Western Sahara: President of Republic Condoles Ghanaian Counterpart Following Shopping Center Collapse

Bir Lehlou — The President of the Republic and Secretary General of the POLISARIO Front, Mr. Mohamed Abdelaziz, has expressed his sincere condolences to the President of the Republic of Ghana, Mr. John Dramani Mahama, after the collapse of a shopping center in the Ghanaian capital, Accra, on Wednesday.

Following is complete text of the letter:

H.E. Mr. John Dramani Mahama

President of the Republic of Ghana

Accra

Excellency and dear brother,

It is with great sorrow and regret that we received the news of the unfortunate disaster occurred on November 7, 2012 in Accra after the collapse of a shopping center causing numerous human casualties and substantial material damages.

On this sad occasion, I would like to express to Your Excellency, to the brotherly people of Ghana and to the families of the victims our sincere condolences and our solidarity in this moment of pain.

Please accept, Excellency and dear brother my highest consideration.
