The Honourable Minister for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (CoGTA), Mr Richard Baloyi, will be visiting North West Province as part of his commitment to take CoGTA Portfolio to the people. This is further part of the Minister's annual commitment to engage directly with the people at a local sphere of government. The visits are based on thematic areas that are aligned to the priority areas of the Local Government Turnaround Strategy adopted by Cabinet during 2009.
