The new traffic offense penalties will be enforced in the next two weeks.Transport Minister Amos Kimunya says the amendments will be first gazetted and drivers who commit traffic offenses will begin to pay the heavy fines from December. He also says city council workers will be enlisted to help traffic police crack down on offenders.
