Will the new police recruits be able to effectively cover the upcoming elections? Usalama Reform Forum is raising concerns that the 7,000 police officers to be recruited this month may not have enough experience by the time we have elections. Coordinator Philip Onguje says it will be a big challenge for the new recruits to be fully equipped on how to cover the elections by March 2013.
