Bardo — The National Constituent Assembly will hold a plenary session on Tuesday morning to carry on examining the draft law providing for the setting up of a High Independent Elections Authority (ISIE).
The assembly had adopted last Thursday the first two articles of this draft law providing for the ISIE creation and prerogatives.
